• 1. What is MindOnMap for desktop?

  MindOnMap for desktop is the offline version of MindOnMap online with more features. You can install the software on Windows and macOS computers to do mind mapping and diagramming.

• 2. Why do I need to upgrade my MindOnMap account?

  Although you can enjoy almost all basic functions in the free version of MindOnMap, if you want to use all features in MindOnMap without limitations, you'd better subscribe to MindOnMap. After subscribing to MindOnMap, you can use MindOnMap on 5 devices at the same time, enjoy unlimited cloud storage and nodes, export files without watermarks, and more.

• 3. How to select a plan? Monthly or Annual?

  You can analyze your current needs before picking a plan. If you make mind maps, flowcharts, and other diagrams in the short run, you can subscribe to the Monthly Plan, which is flexible and can adjust your plan conveniently. If you have to do mind mapping in the long term, the Annual Plan may be more suitable, and its price is lower than the Monthly Plan on average.

• 4. What payment methods do you offer?

  MindOnMap supports using all common payment methods like PayPal, cards (including American Express, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Discover, UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, and Mada), etc., to subscribe.

• 5. Will my subscription plan be renewed automatically?

  It depends on whether you choose to renew your plan when subscribing to it the first time. Monthly and Annual plans can renew when they end, and you can disable the automatic renewal according to the on-screen instruction if needed.

  AI Credits are a universal currency used to power AI functions such as AI Chat and image upscaling. For AI Chat, 1 Credit covers about 40 English characters—roughly 40,000 per month, 600,000 per year, or 2,400,000 for a lifetime plan. For images, 1,000 Credits can upscale 100 images, 15,000 Credits can upscale 1,500 images, and 60,000 Credits can upscale 6,000 images. AI Credits let you efficiently create and enhance both text and images with flexible usage.
